Philadelphia Police Officer Shane Seiber died after being shot multiple times in the early morning; a second officer was also shot multiple times, officials said.
Philadelphia Police Officer Shane Seiber has died after being shot multiple times in the early morning hours, the Parkesburg Borough Police Department said. The department also said a second Philadelphia Police Department officer was shot multiple times and asked for prayers for both officers and Officer Seiber’s family.
