CLEVELAND — An Ohio man has filed a federal lawsuit against the operator of a Taco Bell restaurant in North Olmsted, alleging he became seriously ill after eating there during a multistate outbreak of the intestinal parasite Cyclospora. The complaint targets Pacific Bells LLC, one of the nation’s largest Taco Bell franchise operators, along with unnamed food suppliers and distributors that allegedly provided contaminated ingredients.
