On September 16, 2026, Parkesburg Police developed information about the location of 24-year-old Omere Nayshon Peoples and forwarded it to the Pennsylvania State Police Lancaster Barracks. Troopers observed Peoples fleeing a residence in Gap, apprehended him, and he is being held in Lancaster County Prison; a preliminary hearing is to be scheduled at District Court 15-3-07.
