Oxford woman arraigned on terroristic threats, weapons and harassment charges
Oxford woman accused of threatening residents with a knife faces multiple charges including terroristic threats and possession of an instrument of crime.
On July 7, 2026, Oxford police responded to a disturbance at the Oxford Village Apartments where several victims said Christine Berardocco, 31, produced a knife and threatened to harm them. Berardocco was taken into custody at her residence on July 10, arraigned and initially held on $10,000 cash bail; the bail was reduced to $10,000 unsecured and she was released on July 28. She faces multiple charges including three counts of terroristic threats (M1), possession of instruments of crime (M1), two counts of harassment (M3), disorderly conduct counts and an assault-other charge; a preliminary hearing is set for August 4, 2026 at Oxford District Court.
