Paradise Valley reverts to winter construction hours
Effective Oct. 15, Paradise Valley has returned to its winter construction hours under Town Code 8-10-2(D), with restrictions on heavy equipment and Sunday noise limits.
As of October 15, Paradise Valley has reverted to winter construction hours per Town Code 8-10-2(D). Permitted hours are Monday–Friday 7 AM–5 PM; heavy equipment operation is prohibited on Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays. Other outdoor construction devices may operate Monday–Friday 7 AM–5 PM and Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays 9 AM–5 PM, and Sunday noise must not exceed 75 decibels at the nearest property line.
