Parenting Community of Belonging interest meeting

Faculty and staff are invited to an interest meeting for the Parenting Community of Belonging. This community group aims to bring together parents to discuss the challenges and successes of balancing parenting and work at Lafayette. Topics may include childcare, alignment between schools/daycare and Lafayette weather practices, meeting and event scheduling, and more. This initial meeting will be led by Mary Jo Lodge (theater) and Kate Pitts (Lafayette College Libraries). Additional faculty and staff are being sought to serve as future facilitators. Interested in starting other Communities of Belonging for faculty and staff? Contact Lauren Anderson, dean of the faculty, with suggestions.
