Applications are available on the department’s CrimeWatch site or can be picked up at the station and must be received by 4:00 PM on Monday, August 10, 2026, at Parkesburg Borough Police Department, C/O Ann Smoker, 315 W. First Avenue, Building 2, Parkesburg, PA 19365. A written examination begins at 8:00 AM on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Parkesburg Borough Hall (doors open 7:30 AM), followed immediately by physical agility testing at the Octorara Area School District; successful candidates will proceed to oral interviews and further testing (polygraph, psychological, background) before a conditional offer and final medical exam.
