Patrick William Mctighe charged with DUI after Ephrata crash

The Ephrata Police Department charged 51-year-old Patrick William Mctighe of Ephrata with driving under the influence—general impairment after being identified as the at-fault driver in a three-vehicle collision at S. State Street and Parkview Heights Road on July 2, 2026, at about 8:52 p.m. Mctighe was arrested at the scene and refused to submit to a chemical breath test; charges were filed through Magisterial District Judge Landis' office on July 13, 2026. He is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
