Paul Andrew Lobb arrested in Bushkill Township on CSAM and related charges

On Sept. 23, 2026, 34-year-old Paul Andrew Lobb was arrested following an investigation into possession of child sexual abuse material that began in February 2026 after a police department in Kansas provided information. Investigators obtained search warrants, executed a warrant at Lobb’s residence and seized electronic devices; forensic examinations of those devices allegedly revealed child sexual abuse material. Lobb was arraigned on counts including Unlawful Contact with a Minor (two counts), Sexual Abuse of Children — Child Sexual Abuse Material, Criminal Use of a Communication Facility, and Corruption of Minors. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
