Paul Andrew Lobb arrested on child sexual abuse material and related charges

On September 23, 2026, 34-year-old Paul Andrew Lobb was arrested following an investigation into possession of child sexual abuse material that began in February 2026 after a Kansas police department provided information. Search warrants executed at his residence recovered electronic devices which forensic exams allege contained CSAM; Lobb was arraigned on two counts of unlawful contact with a minor (Title 18 §6318), sexual abuse of children — child sexual abuse material (Title 18 §6312), criminal use of a communication facility (Title 18 §7512), and corruption of minors (Title 18 §6301). All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
