Peddling license issued to Full Circle Services representatives in Lower Saucon Township

Lower Saucon Township has issued a peddling license to William R. Montgomey, Dmytro L. Novosad and Corbin J. King, all working for Full Circle Services. They will operate a 2010 silver Acura TSX with Pennsylvania registration; the permit is effective Sept. 3, 2026 through Mar. 3, 2027 and allows solicitation Monday–Saturday (Sundays excluded). Permitted times are April 1–Sept. 30, 9:00 am–8:00 pm, and Oct. 1–Mar. 31, 9:00 am–7:00 pm; the individual must display the permit and identification while soliciting.
