Pedestrian crash at Valley Forge Towers leaves one dead; driver cooperative
Two people were taken to trauma centers after a pedestrian crash at Valley Forge Towers; one victim later died. The driver remained on scene and cooperated while the Traffic Safety Unit continues its investigation.
On Oct. 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., Upper Merion Police, Fire and EMS responded to the front circle of Valley Forge Towers for a reported pedestrian accident. Two patients were transported to local trauma hospitals; one of the patients later succumbed to injuries. The vehicle driver remained on scene and cooperated with investigators, and the Upper Merion Township Police Department Traffic Safety Unit is conducting an ongoing investigation with no further information released at this time.
