Penelope Faye Munsch (1948 – 2026)

Penelope Faye Munsch (Fuko) of Tory Circle, Enola, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 in the company of family at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, Pa. Born the daughter of Anna Mae (Schweitzer) and Louis Fuko on March 27, 1948 in Bethlehem, Pa., she was raised in Hellertown, Pa. Penny attended Wolf School for grade school and Hellertown-Lower Saucon High School. Upon graduation in 1966, she was employed as a librarian at Lehigh University and later by the Bethlehem Steel Company. After marriage, she moved to Harrisburg, Pa., where she worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania until her retirement in 2003. Penny was an avid reader and enjoyed a good cup of coffee or a fancy cocktail with her friends and family. She adored spending time with her grandchildren, whether creating scavenger hunts, building large Lego towers or watching Home Alone for the 100th time. She is most remembered for her thoughtfulness towards others and willingness to help those she cared about.

SURVIVORS

Penny is survived by her spouse Lillian Munsch, from whom she was separated; her son Christopher and wife Sharon; her grandchildren, Alexander and Reagan; her three younger sisters, Luana Rabbett of Windsor, Conn., Priscilla Straka of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Elayna Richards of Palmyra, Pa.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

SERVICES

A service will be held at Neill Funeral home, 3401 Market St., Camp Hill, Pa., on Saturday, May 23, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
