Pennsylvania State Police and multiple municipal agencies are conducting a targeted aggressive-driving enforcement wave that runs through November 15, 2026, focusing on school bus violations, the Move Over Law, tailgating and speeding. Drivers committing other unsafe actions — such as driving too fast for conditions or following too closely — will also be cited. If you encounter an aggressive driver, officials advise getting out of their way, not engaging, avoiding eye contact, not pursuing the vehicle, and pulling over to a safe place before calling police; note license plate and vehicle description if possible.
