On June 26, 2026, Lower Southampton Township Police responded to TJ MAXX in Feasterville regarding a retail theft that occurred June 22, 2026 at 2:57 PM. Investigators identified 44-year-old Monique D. Davila of Philadelphia as the suspect, alleging she concealed assorted merchandise in a backpack she brought into the store and took a luggage bag and carry bag from the sales floor before exiting without paying. A criminal complaint was filed charging Davila with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.
