Phillipsburg man charged in death of 2-month-old after 14-month probe

A Warren County man was charged Tuesday with killing his two-month-old daughter last year, authorities said.
Following a 14-month investigation, James Capo Jr., 39, of Phillipsburg, was charged with first-degree murder and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, according to a statement from the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.
