Phillipsburg man sentenced to 8 years for child sexual assault
A judge imposed concurrent eight-year terms after his conviction for sexual assault by contact and endangering the welfare of a child.
Kevin Micucci was sentenced to eight years in New Jersey State Prison on Wednesday after being convicted of sexually assaulting a child he knew in Warren County, authorities said.
Judge Reema Sethi Kareer imposed concurrent eight-year prison terms for sexual assault by contact and endangering the welfare of a child during sentencing at Warren County Superior Court. Micucci, 39, of Phillipsburg, must serve at least six years and eight months, or 85% of his sentence, before becoming eligible for parole, the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office announced Friday.
