Pike County man charged with corruption of minors; girlfriend charged with hindering apprehension
A minor reported being given nitrous oxide, authorities say; the suspect’s girlfriend is accused of hiding him after learning of active warrants.
Pike County detectives arrested 25-year-old Michael Negron on Sept. 10, 2026, charging him with corruption of minors, third-degree felony endangering the welfare of children, and a misdemeanor for illegal use or sale of certain solvents after a ChildLine report and a child’s statement that he gave the minor nitrous oxide. Investigators learned Negron had active warrants for burglary and flight to avoid apprehension and say he had been living with 28-year-old Grace Seltzer, who is charged with two counts of hindering apprehension or prosecution for allegedly concealing his whereabouts. Negron was arraigned with bail set at $150,000; he waived his preliminary hearing and awaits trial in Court of Common Pleas; Seltzer was arraigned on unsecured bail of $10,000 and is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Oct. 6, 2026.
