Pike County detectives arrested 25-year-old Michael Negron on September 10, 2026, charging him with corruption of minors (first-degree misdemeanor), third-degree felony endangering the welfare of children, and a misdemeanor for sale or illegal use of certain solvents after a ChildLine report and an interview at the Dickson House alleged he gave a minor nitrous oxide (whippets). Investigators also learned Negron had active warrants for burglary and flight to avoid apprehension; after Negron admitted he had been living with 28-year-old Grace Seltzer in Rowland and told her about the warrants, detectives charged Seltzer with two counts of hindering apprehension or prosecution (third-degree felonies). Negron was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Cristin Cavallaro with bail set at $150,000 and waived his preliminary hearing; Seltzer was arraigned before Judge Ashley Zimmerman on $10,000 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear at Central Court on October 6, 2026. A person charged is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
