Pike County Probation Officer Completes 40‑Hour Crisis Intervention Training

Senior Probation Officer Keith VanLouvender successfully completed the 40-hour Carbon‑Monroe Pike Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) training on September 25, 2026. The class, which included participants from Wayne County in that county’s first 40-hour CIT, brings most Pike County probation officers up to this training standard and included representatives from the Pike County Sheriff’s Office, District Attorney’s Office and Communications Center.
