Police ask public to identify a man seen in a photograph after a May 27 shoplifting at Nittany Minit Mart.
The Woodward Township Police Department is investigating a retail theft that occurred May 27, 2026, at the Nittany Minit Mart (18 Woodward Ave) in Lock Haven.
