Police seek ID of man in red shirt after Hazleton e-bike theft

The Hazleton City Police Department is asking for the community’s help identifying a male seen wearing a red shirt who is believed to have stolen an electric bicycle on July 13, 2026, at approximately 4:26 p.m. from the area of 301 W. Walnut Street (Dollar General). The stolen bike is described as an orange and black APEX e-bike with wide tires and distinctive orange rims.
