Sgt. Kinard of the Springettsbury Township Police Department is trying to identify a male suspect in the retail theft of a ring from the Walmart at 2801 E. Market St., York, PA. The man has a distinct tattoo on his left forearm/hand. Anyone with information should contact Sgt.
