Police Seek Suspect in Honda Accord Theft at Rutter's in Spring Garden Township

Police say a man stole a pearl gray Honda Accord Sport (PA registration MSZ8862) from the Rutter's on Richland Ave. in Spring Garden Township a little after 1:00 a.m. on July 9, 2026, after parking behind the victim and exiting through the passenger side of a red compact car. He fled north toward York City while an accomplice followed in the red compact—reported to be missing the front passenger-side hubcap; tips can be submitted anonymously through Crimewatch or by calling York County Regional Police at 717-741-1259.
