Popsicles with a Cop at Columbia Library

Columbia Borough Police and the Columbia Library hosted their annual Popsicles with a Cop. An officer read a book to attending children, a police vehicle was on display, and officers handed out popsicles. The yearly event provides a relaxed opportunity for children and parents to meet officers, and organizers thanked all who participated.
