Pottstown man wanted for fleeing police, ignition interlock violation
North Coventry Police seek 42-year-old Rory Thomas McGuirk on a Failure to Appear warrant tied to a Jan. 4 vehicle pursuit at a CVS on W. Schuylkill Road.
The North Coventry Township Police Department is asking for help locating 42-year-old Rory Thomas McGuirk of Pottstown, wanted on a Failure to Appear arrest warrant. Authorities say McGuirk fled from police and drove carelessly and recklessly on Jan. 4, 2026, near the CVS at 351 W. Schuylkill Road; he faces one misdemeanor count of fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, one misdemeanor count of operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock, and five summary traffic offenses.
