Poughkeepsie man charged with intent to sell narcotics

Unique Sean Simmons, 23, of Poughkeepsie, was charged June 28, 2026, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree (narcotic drug with intent to sell) and Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug in the fourth degree. The Dutchess County District Attorney's Office reports the arrest occurred on Pendell Road in Poughkeepsie at 1:44 p.m.
