A severe-weather-related power outage is affecting traffic signals along Route 309; PP&L is aware and working to restore power. Motorists should treat completely dark or non-operating signals as four-way stops under Pennsylvania law; Diamond Street is now open, while Skunkhollow Road (between Limekiln Pike and Callowhill Road), Church Road (between Fairhill School Road and Park Road) and Park Road (between Church Road and Mill Road) remain closed.
