LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The winner of the $1.82 billion Powerball jackpot sold on Christmas Eve has been publicly identified as Tracy Hartwick, the younger brother of North Little Rock Mayor Terry Hartwick, after Arkansas law required the release of his identity following a six-month confidentiality period, The New York Post reported.
