On May 25, 2026 at about 11:18 PM, South Lebanon Township Police discovered a vehicle parked after hours inside AES Ironwood Park and made contact with the driver, 23-year-old Rafael Junior Santiago. Officers observed signs of impairment and found multiple THC vape cartridges and marijuana products in the vehicle; Santiago was transported for a legal blood draw and toxicology later confirmed THC in his blood. He was charged with 75 PAVC § 3802(d)(2) (DUI: drug or combination — general impairment), 75 PAVC § 3802(d)(1)(i) (DUI: Schedule I controlled substance) and 35 P.S. § 10231.1308(a)(1) (Medical Marijuana Act violation).
