Rafael Santiago arrested at Ironwood Park on DUI and medical marijuana charges

On May 25, 2026 at about 11:18 PM, South Lebanon Township police located a vehicle parked inside AES Ironwood Park after hours and contacted the driver, Rafael Junior Santiago, 23. Officers observed signs of impairment and found multiple THC vape cartridges and marijuana products in the vehicle; Santiago was taken for a legal blood draw and toxicology confirmed THC. He was charged with DUI: drug or combination of drugs (general impairment), DUI: Schedule I controlled substance, and a Medical Marijuana Act violation.
