Dieterich, 37, was arrested Thursday, May 28, 2026, on Pendell Rd. in Poughkeepsie and charged with Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug in the Fourth Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (narcotic drug with intent to sell).
