Mesa County deputies made multiple arrests in Grand Junction and nearby areas July 24–26, 2026, on outstanding warrants, protection order violations, assault, DUI and related charges.
Between July 24 and July 26, 2026, Mesa County deputies and Grand Junction police arrested several people on outstanding warrants, protection order violations, assault, criminal mischief, DUI and other charges. Those arrested include Nolan Hall, 29, booked on a Montrose County warrant and multiple Mesa County warrants related to protection order violations and harassment; Genevieve Mata, 24, booked for third-degree assault, criminal mischief and domestic violence; Daniel Schneider, 22, arrested for two counts of violating a protection order and obstructing an officer; Matthew Lyman, 36, arrested on DUI charges after a breath test showed more than double the legal limit; and Casey Mathis, 35, booked on four active warrants, DUI, resisting arrest, obstructing and other charges. Hall is being held on a cash-only bond of $20,200; no additional information is available at this time.
