On June 17, 2026, 47-year-old Adner Pagan-Fred of Philadelphia initiated contact on a social media/dating app with someone he believed to be a 13-year-old and allegedly escalated to sexual messages and requests for explicit photos. Investigators found Pagan-Fred is a lifetime registered sex offender under Megan’s Law; a warrant was obtained July 2 and he was taken into custody July 7 by East Whiteland Police on a Bensalem Township arrest warrant. He was arraigned and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $15,000,000.00.
