Reminder: Applications for 2027–28 sabbatical leaves due Aug. 21
Faculty must submit complete sabbatical applications by Friday, Aug. 21, including proposal, departmental supporting statement with coverage plans, prior sabbatical materials, recent professional activities forms and a CV.
Applications for the 2027-28 sabbatical leaves are due Fri., Aug. 21.
In accordance with Sections 6.1.15.2 and 6.1.15.1.3 of the Faculty Handbook, sabbatical leave applications must include the following.
- Sabbatical leave proposal
- Supporting statement from the department head/program chair including staffing coverage plans
- The previous sabbatical leave proposal (except for newly tenured faculty who have not had a previous sabbatical)
- The previous sabbatical leave report submitted at the conclusion of the sabbatical leave
- The three most recent professional activities forms
- A recent curriculum vitae
