Reports of shots fired lead to arrest of four in Warren County
Four people were charged with unlawful possession of a handgun after a street shooting in Warren County that followed a physical altercation.
Four people were arrested and charged after a shooting took place on a Warren County street.
Janelle Strickland, 21, of Stewartsville; John Hopkins, 26, of Phillipsburg; Earl Deemer, 34, of Phillispburg; and Quadir Gray, 23, of Newark, were charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, specifically a handgun, officials said.
