Robert Allen Gracey, 67, of Yorktown Road was charged after a Newberry Township Police investigation on York Road in York Haven on April 21, 2026. He faces three counts of DUI (M); one count of reckless driving (S); one count of accident involving damage to an attended vehicle/property (M3); one count of limitations on driving on left side of road (S); and two counts of operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility (S) (Case No. 32-26-02914).
