Robert B. Thompson V charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction in Columbia
Police say he blocked a roadway for more than two light cycles and shouted obscenities at another driver at Fifth and Locust Streets in Columbia.
On July 9, 2026, at approximately 4:45 p.m., Robert B. Thompson V, 48, of Columbia, PA, was charged with Disorderly Conduct (Hazardous/Physical Offense) and Obstruction of Highway after allegedly blocking a roadway for more than two light cycles and yelling obscenities at the driver of another vehicle near Fifth and Locust Streets. The Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges under case number CB-26-03334. Thompson is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
