Robert E. Barnes Charged with DUI, Public Drunkenness and Driving on Suspended License

Robert Eugene Barnes, 63, of Waynesboro, was charged with one count each of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance, public drunkenness and driving while operating with a suspended or revoked privilege.
