Robert M. Griffin arrested in East Earl Township on Atlantic County warrant
Officers responding to a suspicious-person call found Griffin had an active arrest warrant from Atlantic County, N.J.; he was arraigned and held for extradition to New Jersey.
On Sept. 25, 2026 at about 1:30 p.m., East Earl Township officers responded to a report of a suspicious, erratic person at Main Street and Earland Drive and encountered 38-year-old Robert Michael Griffin. Officers discovered Griffin was the subject of an active arrest warrant held by the Atlantic County (N.J.) Sheriff’s Department; he was taken into custody for extradition, arraigned by MDJ Jonathan Heisse, transported to Lancaster County Prison, and held with bail denied. Criminal charges are accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent.
