Robert Michael Griffin arrested in East Earl Township on Atlantic County (NJ) warrant
Officers arrested 38-year-old Robert M. Griffin after finding he was the subject of an active Atlantic County (NJ) warrant; he was held for extradition to New Jersey.
On Sept. 25, 2026 at about 1:30 PM, East Earl Township officers encountered Robert Michael Griffin, 38, formerly of Gilbertsville, PA, at Main Street and Earland Drive after a report of a suspicious, erratic person. Officers discovered Griffin was the subject of an active arrest warrant held by the Atlantic County (NJ) Sheriff’s Department and took him into custody for extradition to New Jersey; he was arraigned by MDJ Jonathan Heisse, transported to Lancaster County Prison, and bail was denied. The public is reminded that charges are accusations and Griffin is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
