On July 2, 2026, a woman reported ongoing harassment by her ex-boyfriend, alleging he contacted her 77 times and left 18 voicemails following their October 2025 breakup. The contact stopped after she threatened police but resumed in April 2026 despite her texts asking him to stop; on June 30 he attempted a video call. Montour Township Chief Savidge investigated, warned the suspect to cease contact, and charged Robert Phillip Wagner with two counts of harassment and a notice-of-change violation for failing to update his identification card.
