On July 2, 2026, a woman reported that her ex-boyfriend, 49-year-old Robert Phillip Wagner, contacted her 77 times and left 18 voicemails shortly after their October 2025 breakup. The contact allegedly resumed in April 2026 despite a text telling him to stop, and Wagner attempted a video call on June 30. Montour Township Chief Savidge investigated, left a voicemail instructing Wagner to cease contact, and charged him with two counts of harassment and failing to update the address on his identification card.
