Robert S. Shifflett arrested in Lititz on aggravated assault, terroristic threats charges

On July 17, 2026, Lititz Borough police filed a criminal complaint against Robert S. Shifflett, 40, after a victim reported being injured during a physical domestic incident and threatened with death. The victim said Shifflett forcefully pulled her off a bed, injuring her shoulder; Shifflett later self-surrendered and was taken to Lancaster County Central Booking for arraignment.
