Lititz Borough Police filed a criminal complaint and affidavit alleging Robert S. Shifflett, 40, committed Indirect Criminal Contempt by violating a protection from abuse (PFA) order. On July 6, 2026, an adult victim reported receiving several text messages from Shifflett in direct violation of the PFA; he was arrested and taken to LCP. Shifflett is presumed innocent.
