Robert S. Shifflett charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats in Lititz

Lititz Borough Police filed a criminal complaint against 40-year-old Robert S. Shifflett on July 17, 2026 after a victim reported a domestic incident in which he allegedly threatened to kill her and forcefully pulled her off a bed, causing a shoulder injury. Shifflett later self-surrendered and was transported to Lancaster County Central Booking for a preliminary arraignment; he faces one count of aggravated assault (F1) and one count of terroristic threats (M1) and is presumed innocent.
