On Sept. 22 at about 5:20 p.m., Chief Savidge stopped a white Dodge truck near 195 Rupert Drive for traffic violations and identified the driver as 48-year-old Robin Marie Bogart, who was known to have a suspended license. Bogart could not produce identification, registration, or insurance and said she had purchased the truck but not yet transferred the title; officers found the vehicle’s inspection sticker appeared fraudulent and also discovered multiple summary warrants and an outstanding Columbia County retail theft warrant. Bogart was taken into custody, the counterfeit sticker was seized, and a follow-up with the registered owner confirmed the truck was sold to her in July without a completed title transfer.
