Rochester man arrested after loaded 9mm found during S. Winton Road traffic stop
A stop for tinted windows on S. Winton Road led officers to discover an illegal, loaded handgun and arrest the driver on a Class C felony weapons charge.
On 3/19/26, 26-year-old Keyshawn Gooden of Rochester was stopped on S. Winton Road for tinted windows. Officers found an illegal, loaded 9mm handgun in his vehicle and arrested him for criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (a Class C felony); he also faced multiple traffic charges after officers noted 26 suspensions on his New York State driver’s license and was issued a misdemeanor aggravated unlicensed operation citation. Gooden was transported to CAP Court for arraignment.
