On July 2, 2026 at 7:15 PM, Lower Allen Township police were dispatched to New Enterprise, 205 Creek Road, for trespassers; one male fled on foot and was apprehended. The man initially provided false identifying information, was later identified as 20-year-old Ronny San Olivo Peguero, taken to Cumberland County Prison, and issued a summons on charges of false ID to law enforcement (18 4914(A)), defiant trespass (18 3503(B)(1)(I)) and evading arrest or detention on foot (18 5104.2(A)).
