Ronny San Olivo Peguero charged after fleeing trespass scene in Lower Allen Township
Lower Allen Township police arrested Ronny San Olivo Peguero after he fled a trespass scene, gave false identification to officers, and was taken to Cumberland County Prison.
On July 2, 2026 at about 7:15 PM, Lower Allen Township Police responded to reports of trespassers at New Enterprise, 205 Creek Road, who had passed numerous no-trespassing signs. One male fled on foot, was apprehended, and after initially saying he had no ID — and being warned he would be charged for providing false information — gave false identifying information; officers later identified him as Ronny San Olivo Peguero. Olivo Peguero was taken to Cumberland County Prison and issued a summons; charges filed include (18) 4914(A) False ID to Law Enforcement Officer, 18 3503(B)(1)(I) Defiant Trespass, and 18 5104.2(A) Evading Arrest or Detention on Foot.
